Dear Colleagues,
After the successful 1st Congress on Tooth Transplantation in Sopot, Poland in 2016, the organizing committee would like to invite you for the 2nd Congress on Tooth Transplantation, which will take place in Rotterdam, The Netherlands on 25-27 May 2018.
Our aim is to make tooth transplantation an established treatment option in dentistry. The congress will take place on board the historic ocean liner SS Rotterdam, built in 1953 for the Holland America Line. Nowadays the ship functions as a hotel and a congress centre and it is moored in Rotterdam harbour. The participants will have the opportunity to experience a unique venue and the beauty of former times. The hotel can be reached not only by taxi or public transportation, but also by water taxis operating in the harbour.
The main focus of this meeting will be on dental trauma and presentation of different approaches to tooth transplantation. Also recent updates of scientific evidence related to tooth transplantation will be provided. Success of tooth transplantation is a team effort comprising a surgeon or periodontist, an orthodontist, restorative dentist, endodontist and the general practitioner. We have invited world-class speakers from all dental specialities, who have extensive clinical and scientific experience related to tooth transplantation. Teams from all over the world will discuss results of their work and share their experience with the participants. The Rotterdam team has organized a post-congress course in which their will share their experience on transplantation of both immature and mature teeth.
Further information and updates on the congress can be found on the website www.toothtransplantation.com
We hope to see all of you in Rotterdam.
